Welcome to Pumpkind. These Terms of Service apply when you visit our website, purchase a pumpkin package, or use our delivery, design, setup, or removal services.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Orders and payment:

Full payment is required at checkout unless Pumpkind agrees to another arrangement in writing.

Your checkout total may include the selected pumpkin package, optional setup/design, optional removal, delivery fees, and applicable taxes.

Submitting an order does not guarantee a particular delivery date. Your order and delivery date are confirmed after Pumpkind verifies your address, service area, availability, and order details.

If we cannot serve your address or accommodate an acceptable delivery date, we will contact you to arrange another date or issue a refund.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and property-access information.

Packages and seasonal availability

Pumpkind packages contain natural, seasonal products. Pumpkins, gourds, straw bales, and other materials naturally vary in color, shape, size, texture, and appearance.

Website photographs are examples of our work and may not show the exact products you receive.

Specific varieties and colors depend on seasonal availability. When necessary, Pumpkind may substitute an item with another seasonal item of reasonably comparable size, value, or visual effect. Substitutions will not reduce the overall value of the package.

Delivery area and fees

Pumpkind currently serves approved locations in South Jersey.

Delivery availability is determined by the customer’s ZIP code, distance, schedule, and safe access to the property. Additional delivery charges may apply based on location and will be shown at checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.

Pumpkind does not currently deliver to Pennsylvania.

Delivery and property access

The customer or property owner gives Pumpkind permission to enter the designated outdoor area for delivery, setup, and removal.

Before the scheduled arrival, customers must:

• Provide clear and safe access to the porch or display area.

• Secure pets.

• Remove obstacles and fragile belongings.

• Tell us about sprinklers, delicate surfaces, restricted areas, gates, or special access instructions.

• Obtain any necessary property-owner, landlord, homeowners-association, or municipal permission.

Pumpkind may postpone service if the property cannot be accessed safely.

Design and setup

When setup/design is included or purchased, Pumpkind will arrange the package using professional judgment and the customer’s submitted preferences.

Each display is unique. Inspiration photographs and customer requests help guide the design, but an exact recreation is not guaranteed.

Once setup is complete, customers should avoid moving or stacking items in an unsafe manner.

Weather

Pumpkind may postpone delivery, setup, or removal when severe weather, unsafe conditions, or another event outside our reasonable control makes service unsafe or impractical.

We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the service. If Pumpkind cancels an order before delivery and cannot offer an acceptable replacement date, the customer may choose a refund for the unprovided products and services.

After delivery, outdoor displays are exposed to heat, frost, rain, wind, animals, insects, theft, and other conditions outside Pumpkind’s control. These conditions can affect the appearance and life of natural products.

Optional removal

Removal is only included when it is listed in the package or purchased as an add-on.

Removal covers the Pumpkind package items located in the original display area. It does not include unrelated household decorations, trash, or materials added by someone else.

Customers must provide safe access on the scheduled removal date. Removal timing may change because of weather, scheduling, or unsafe property conditions.

Product concerns

Please inspect your display after delivery. Report missing, incorrect, or unusable items within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs when possible.

Depending on the circumstances, Pumpkind may provide a comparable replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution.

Pumpkind does not guarantee the life of pumpkins, gourds, straw, or other natural materials after delivery. Concerns caused by ordinary natural changes, weather, animals, insects, theft, customer handling, or conditions at the property are not considered delivery defects.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling requests, refunds, and product concerns are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please read that policy before ordering.

Photography permission

Permission to photograph or share a customer’s display is optional and is not required to purchase a package.

When a customer gives permission, Pumpkind may photograph the completed display and use those photographs on its website, portfolio, advertising, or social-media accounts.

Customers may contact us to withdraw permission for future use. Withdrawal may not affect materials that were already published, printed, or distributed.

Website content

The Pumpkind name, logo, website copy, photographs, graphics, and original designs may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without written permission.

Responsibility

Pumpkind will use reasonable care when delivering, arranging, and removing package items.

Pumpkind is not responsible for damage or loss caused by severe weather, animals, insects, theft, customer movement of the display, undisclosed property conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms removes any customer right or business responsibility that cannot legally be removed under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in effect when an order is placed will apply to that order unless the customer and Pumpkind agree otherwise in writing.
