Because Pumpkind reserves delivery time, purchases seasonal materials, and prepares each package for the customer, cancellations are handled according to the schedule below.

Customer cancellations

• Seven or more calendar days before delivery: The customer may receive a full refund, less any payment-processing fee that the payment provider does not return to Pumpkind.

• Three to six calendar days before delivery: The customer may receive a 50% refund.

• Less than 72 hours before delivery: The order is nonrefundable because products, materials, and labor may have already been reserved or prepared.

The cancellation request must be received by email. The date and time the email is received will determine which cancellation period applies.

Rescheduling

Customers may request one delivery-date change at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery.

Rescheduling is subject to seasonal inventory, service-area availability, and Pumpkind’s delivery calendar. Payments may be transferred to another available date during the same fall season.

Requests made less than 72 hours before delivery may be treated as cancellations unless Pumpkind agrees otherwise.

Cancellations by Pumpkind

Pumpkind may delay or cancel service because of severe weather, unsafe property conditions, product shortages, illness, vehicle problems, or another circumstance outside our reasonable control.

If Pumpkind cannot fulfill an order or offer an acceptable replacement date, the customer may receive a refund for the products and services that were not provided.

Natural and seasonal products

Pumpkins, gourds, straw bales, and other fall products are natural and perishable. Variations in color, size, shape, markings, and texture are normal and are not considered defects.

Website photographs are examples. Exact varieties and arrangements are not guaranteed.

Pumpkind may make reasonable substitutions with products of comparable size, value, or visual effect when a particular variety is unavailable.

Returns

Because the products are perishable and may be delivered and arranged as part of a custom display, delivered package items generally cannot be returned for a refund.

This policy does not affect a customer’s rights when an order is missing items, contains incorrect items, or includes products that were unusable at the time of delivery.

Missing, incorrect, or unusable items

Please inspect the display promptly.

Missing, incorrect, or unusable items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide:

• The customer’s name and order number.

• A description of the problem.

• Clear photographs when possible.

After reviewing the concern, Pumpkind may provide a comparable replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution.

Conditions after delivery

Pumpkind cannot guarantee how long natural products will last after delivery. Refunds and replacements are generally unavailable for changes or damage caused by:

• Heat, frost, rain, wind, or severe weather.

• Animals, insects, or plant decay.

• Theft or vandalism.

• Moving or rearranging products after setup.

• Sprinklers, moisture, chemicals, or property conditions.

• Failure to follow care instructions.

Setup and removal add-ons

If an optional service is cancelled before it is performed, its refund will be determined using the same cancellation schedule stated above.

A completed delivery, setup/design, or removal service is not refundable solely because the customer changes their mind about the style or arrangement.

If Pumpkind fails to provide a purchased service, the customer will receive a refund or another agreed solution for that unprovided service.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the bank or payment provider and may take several business days after Pumpkind issues the refund.
